**** Mint Rare Pedal in Original Factory Packaging ****
Tube preamplifier and overdrive designed by B. K. Butler during the time he worked for Dean Markley. This unit is essentially the same as the five knob Real Tube 901 except for the addition of a power switch. Please note that Overlord is equipped with its own grounded power cord and runs on typical 120V AC house current. This well designed and constructed device basically makes any amplifier sound fantastic. Drive knob provides a range of sound from a subtly distorted boost to full distortion. Three band EQ might be the best feature of this device. It provides the flexibility to boost or cut bass, midrange and treble frequencies. Built into last in 1988. Tube is easily swapped & doesn’t necessarily have to be a 12AX7, if less gain is desired. Unit will be shipped with a recently manufactured JJ Electronics ECC83S. This lot includes the original box, sticker, the owner’s manual, and, of course, the Overlord. From the manual: “Use OverLord with any amplifier, be it solid state or tube. OverLord adds a TUBE channel to any amplifier. From small practice amps, up through giant stacks, they all sound fantastic with OverLord Classic Tube Overdrive. OverLord's Footswitch needs only a momentary touch to select between bypass or Overdrive.
