iPad not included but is required to use this mixer.
Our band purchased this mixer last year to try the iPad lifestyle, we're selling this because we've decided to go back to a more traditional mixer.
Works perfectly, but just not our thing. It's been gigged a few times but otherwise lives in the case.
The iPad app is free, and so is the iPhone app that you use to adjust your own mix. The mixer itself is a wifi hotspot, you connect the iPad to that hotspot and control settings from the app. I love the system, I think this mixer is awesome for bands with a lot of consistent direct inputs that can take advantage of mixer presets, etc. We do restaurant gigs and self-mix from the stage, so we all really miss having knobs.
This variant is able to be rackmounted, we never did that, so you would need to purchase the rack ears separately.
Case is great too, the extendable handle makes rolling this thing easy, the wheels are in great shape cause it's barely been used.
This unit well-cared for and in perfect working order, we're asking a nearly-new price because of the included $100 case.
