This Tone King Imperial Mk II 1x12-inch 20-watt Tube Combo Amp, finished in Brown/Beige, is offered in excellent condition. It is 100% functional with no cosmetic flaws, in like-new appearance.
I am the original owner, having purchased it new in November 2020. The amp is in perfect working order, and new J&J preamp tubes were installed a few months ago. The amp covers a variety of musical styles exceptionally well ranging from blues, country, jazz, rockabilly and classic rock.
This amplifier delivers impressive tone, capably handling both vintage and modern styles across all volume levels. Its built-in attenuator provides excellent tone and feel from the power section. The rhythm channel provides ample clean headroom at any bedroom or stage volumes. The lead channel provides more bite and midrange control.
The amp includes the original footswitch, allowing for channel and tremolo effect switching. The built-in reverb sounds amazing and musical when dialed in at any level too.
