This is a Brand new - MINT condition overstock guitar which Fender sold to the MIRC company - where it was inspected and set up for sale to MIRC dealers of which I am one !
I found no issues with it at all and yes it comes with the trem arm as well . Save a ton on this one
Ready to rock the Pink Pony Club or Rock out at home .
I bought 2 of these just to make them into custom art guitars .
The next one will be a different color as well and that will be it Just 2 Custom art guitars in my limited Checkered series !!
This design is very simple as all I did was use permanent pick ink to fill lin the white squares - followed by a few light coats of clear semi gloss paint to seal them into the design .
