I fell in love with this guitar and has been very good to me. Great tone, always stays in tune. this is my baby but I need to say goodbye to it to buy a more expensive guitar that suits my needs better. There are the normal slight scratches from playing and there is one ding on the front bottom right noted in the picture. my heart dropped to my stomach when I did this taking the stage one night but it is cosmetic and doesn't affect the sound. the D55E is a very sweet sounding guitar, at the time I bought it it was between a Martin D28 a d this one and the Guild to me was just a little better sounding. sounds beautiful plugged and unplugged.
