NOTE FOR LOCAL SALE: If you are local I am willing to drive 1.5 Hours to meet.
CONTEXT/HISTORY: I am an honest person. I will only represent my gear in an accurate manner. Check out my reviews. With that...I always take really great care with my musical gear--treat it gently--handle it carefully. I actually have two of these Subway Ultra Lite 115 Cabinets to use with a variety of Mesa Bass Amplifiers I've owned. I don't gig out much--but I love having great gear! I used both cabinets one time at a company party in a good sized conference hall and had so much head room, the system was on "easy cruise" and the sound was BIG and present. I did several gigs at outdoors parties and brought only one of the cabinets and it was plenty loud. To be very honest, the overwhelming majority of time that I've owned these, they have been in my climate controlled, pet free, smoke free studio--stored securely. Both cabinets are in perfect condition mechanically and in super shape (really excellent) cosmetically.
CONDITION: Excellent
Please take a close look at the images. I've provided closeup images for both cabinets--and these truly are excellent--with only minor scuffs here and there--mostly on the hard plastic corners--exactly where you would expect them (see images). If you need to make these "perfect", you can buy corners for $3 on the Mesa Site.
INLCLUDES: Mesa Subway Ultra Lite 115 Bass Cabinet. I know how to pack properly. These will also come with insurance and a required signature upon delivery.

FROM MESA/GIBSON
By itself or as a companion to a 1x12 or another 1x15 cabinet, our most popular single speaker format is the 1x15 Ultra-Lite. A little larger footprint (than the 1x12) accommodates the needed internal volume to match the 15” Full Range driver and create this, warm, huge sounding compact cabinet that shines for everything form old-school Blues and R&B to scooped modern Slap and tight, picked Rock styles. Our sweet High Frequency Driver ensures the detail remains intact and imparts an adjustable Hi-Fi character to the sound. By itself, or as a foundation for further coloring with 10s or 12s, the 1x15 anchors the Subway Cabinet Line with its flexibility, warm and accurate performance across the full range, and ease of transport. You can’t go wrong with a classic and this great sounding, carry-friendly Cabinet has all it takes to earn that status.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
When I purchased these, I was telling myself not to go any heavier than 25 pounds for a cabinet. But these cabinets got so many positive reviews that I just had to try one. Much to my delight, when I used the two handles to pick them up, they felt super light in my hands! It's actually surprising how nice and balanced the weight is. I'm 61 years old--and I can easily handle these--even when I have to shift to holding them in one hand to open a door.
These cabinets are professional grade and cost a lot new. They are made in the USA, well constructed, and feel very solid in every way. The black Tolex covering is firm. The grills are metal (and in perfect shape). Some of the images show some padding I placed on the tops to further protect them (that's just me taking care of my gear--and if you bought anything from me before, you know I like to do that).
Why did I purchase these? I did so because I love having professional grade gear to play with--that is in really great shape. I can't tell you how much joy these cabinets have brought me--just playing them in my studio or occasionally out on my back deck when I want to hear them outdoors. It truly is a joy to have what the Pro's will call "enough rig for the gig". Having these I NEVER had to worry about "will I be able to hear myself? Will the audience be able to hear the bass?" Professional bass players in various threads online all say the same thing: These are awesome cabinets. Full, deep, articulate, capable of being driven, constructed superbly. I concur.
Now, I have these really great cabinets, but I don't see myself using them with any frequency. I'm just not playing out much anymore. I've become more interested in the sound management side of things--PA mixing, as well as digital producing, etc. I would love to see someone else get to play with these and experience the same joy I've had. Really, that's it. That's my experience. These are great cabinets. These are really expensive new--so I believe I've set a very fair asking price for their condition--and I'll cover the shipping, insurance and delivery signature costs myself. This should be a good opportunity for someone. If you have any questions about wattage, ohms, compatibility, etc., please feel free to reach out and message me. I'm happy to help.
