Product is in overall good condition and in good working order. The front panel looks good but there is rack rash around the mount holes; and the top left corner of the left ear is slightly bent (see side view); there are scratches and scuffs on all the other panels of this unit. No power cable or accessories are included. Packed in a new, generic box.
