This Warm Audio WA-2A Tube Optical Compressor is in nearly new condition. It has been used only two or three times since it was purchased new from Sweetwater about four years ago. The unit is fully functional and cosmetically flawless, with the only exception being that the original box is no longer available. All protective stickers and tags are still intact, and it is ready for immediate use.
This compressor is highly regarded for its faithful modeling of the classic LA-2A, offering a similar sonic character and warmth at a fraction of the cost. It is excellent for adding balance and a smooth, rich tone to vocals and complements almost any microphone, making it a great piece for establishing a quality home studio.
