This is a complete replacement tailpiece plate for Jazzmaster and Jaguar style guitars. Or possibly another style guitar that's been built with a similar style tailpiece. Installation is quite simple, as easy as changing the strings.
I made these originally as a way to turn my Jaguar and Jazzmaster guitars into a hardtail model. I moved the string holes closer up as well to increase sustain and decrease the buzz commonly associated with these guitars. This creates a better break angle for the strings. For players who don't really use the tremolo on a guitar, this tailpiece suits my playing style.
