This Guild D-140 is in good shape; there are a few dings here and there and some swirl marks in the finish. There is one significant finish crack in the top but it does not appear to be all the way through the wood. Overall it plays and sounds great. This would be a great workhorse guitar and an excellent instrument for recording.
