Mackie Big Knob Passive, includes original manual and accessories... everything but the original box. Lightly used and in perfect condition. This little gadget is a heck of a lot of fun to use. If you don't get a rush out of turning a big knob to adjust your monitor volume, you need a new hobby/profession! I've changed my setup and no longer need this nifty little device, but it's super fun and simple to use, and very handy if you've got multiple inputs or monitors or, as was with my case, if you have a mixer whose output is far too hot for your monitors.
