How's it going! You're looking at a 1995 Marshall Valvestate 8100 100W Hybrid Guitar Head Amplifier!
Made in 1995 in Great Britain, this Marshall Valvestate 8100 played a significant role in defining the sound of Rock and Metal in the 90s. Famous for its aggressive, high-gain model 100V circuitry, this 100 watt hybrid head features a 12AX7 preamp tube that delivers authentic Marshall warmth with a punchy, tight response and most notably recognized as the go-to head for death metal legend Chuck Schuldiner. The amp head features a versatile two-channel design, built-in spring reverb, and the iconic Contour control for precision mid-scooping. Cosmetically, the amp head has a few scratches in its tolex finish and the effects knob has been replaced (See photos provided). It's missing an amp foot on the back left side, but the amp head still stands right without it. Aside from the minor cosmetic defects, the amp is fully functional and rock solid, performing exactly as it should.
