Vox Brian May - VBM1 - Deacy clone amp by Vox.
Unique, just like Brian May.
Fans of Brian May will recognize this unmistakable guitar tone. His smoothly overdriven, violin-like solos can be heard on songs including "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "You're My Best Friend."
Vox introduced the VBM-1 Brian May Special amplifier in 2003. Vox sought to build an an affordable amplifier that would combine both the treble-boost and the tone of the "Deacy" amp circuit. Brian gave Vox engineers access to the "Deacy" amp to accurately reproduce his unique tone.
The amp featured a unique white vinyl covering and a "Brian May" logo on the grill.
The amp was discontinued by Vox in 2005.
