The Acorn Amps - Solid State Preamplifier delivers classic Peavey tons modeled after the old Decade practice amp. Two channels - 'normal' for bright clean drive and 'saturated' for harsher gain - accessible via footswitch. Toggle switch adds 'thick' low end and increased gain. Compact, pedalboard-friendly design housed in an aluminum enclosure. True bypass. Powered by 9v, but higher headroom at 18VDC.
