The DOD Stereo Chorus. One of the first and best chorus pedals you could get your hands on in the vintage early '80s, all thanks to the high technology of Digitech at the time and the fact they could pack that into a small but heavy pedal. When you used to hear "built like a tank" this was one of pedals they were talking about.
This was my first chorus, and I played all those Police tunes and every other New Wave and '80s rock tune with it, and it seemed like every hit required 'that sound.' And this pedal got it. My favorite was the Speed turned low and the Width turned to max. The notes sound like liquid. Has real stereo output too, so this helped start the trend of double amps for guitar and thickening your guitar sound.
This is a little piece of vintage history. It let us get that sound without having to drag around a ton of rack effects.
It's in excellent working condition. Very long life on 9v alkaline batteries as long as you remember to unplug after the gig, will take an adaptor too.
Never abused (your chorus like good early pedal delays were precious and semi-rare items early '80s). Paint is in really great shape for being ancient. Unbreakable, soft-touch foot switch and pedal has never needed service. Will last another 45 years -- Digitech made all-pro stuff. $100 plus $25 shipping in Continental US.
