This one completely caught me off guard—in the best way possible. You expect a Les Paul to sound good, but this one has a raw punch and clarity that just hits differently. The P-90s absolutely rip—thick, gritty, and alive, but still articulate enough to clean up beautifully when you roll things back.
This is a Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro with split-coil P-90s, which is a pretty unique combo. You’re getting that classic Les Paul foundation—solid, resonant mahogany body, carved maple top, and a comfortable ’60s-style neck—but with a much more versatile tonal range than your typical setup. The coil splitting actually adds a lot of usable tones here, giving you everything from full, aggressive P-90 bite to something a bit leaner and more open when needed.
The feel on this one is what really stands out. The satin back makes a huge difference—it’s smooth, fast, and doesn’t get sticky like full gloss can. Combined with the setup, it just plays effortlessly. Low action, super responsive, and the frets are in excellent shape—basically like new. It is also extremely resonant.
Visually, it keeps things classic with that Ebony gloss top—clean, understated, and timeless. Flip it over and you get that satin finish on the back, which not only feels great but gives it a bit of a modern edge.
Condition-wise, it’s in great shape overall. There’s a small ding on the bottom edge (pictured), but nothing that affects playability. Outside of that, it’s been very well kept.
Weight: 9.9 pounds on my scale.

⏳ Quick note
These guitars don’t usually sit. Most are purchased within 1–5 days, and I regularly hear from watchers after the listing has already sold. If this one’s on your radar, now’s the window!
