This versatile and robust mic was used for drum overheads in a church setting, paired with a second SM-81 (which is also being listed here on Gear Exchange). It has several superficial scratches, but this is an extremely durable and well-built Shure mic. This mic also was occasionally used to mic a solo violin. This pro-level mic has been lauded for accuracy and responsiveness - with a wide variety of applications. This listing includes the hard plastic case with foam insert (rather than the vinyl pouch); along with the original windscreen and mic clip.
