Used Epiphone 1961 Les Paul SG Standard - Aged Sixties Cherry - Inspired By Gibson Custom Shop Series -UNPLAYED (Discontinued Model)

Epiphone '61 SG/Les Paul Standard from the "Inspired By Gibson Custom Shop" series. Bought for use on a project, but has never been played. Pickguard still has the protective plastic from the factory. This guitar hung up in the studio for a couple months after I tried out the pickups for 5 or 10 minutes, but otherwise has literally sat in the case in the closet since it was bought new. Speaking of the hardshell case, unlike the usual black Epiphone case, this one is the classy vintage brown style with bright pink lining, and is quite nice itself. The Gibson Burstbuckers on this one sound awesome, and the action on this guitar is terrific. I really like the satin finish on it, which has a nice warmth to it, and from what I understand could also be polished up to look a bit more glossy.
