For sale is a beautiful Yamaha YAS-52 alto saxophone that's in really solid shape and sounds incredible.
This one's been well taken care of over the years, and I recently had it fully serviced by a tech so it's ready to jump right into playing—no surprises or setup hassles needed. They replaced a few worn felts and corks, regulated all the keys perfectly, and leveled the pads to make sure you get those nice airtight seals everywhere across the horn. The action feels smooth and responsive, and the tone is just fantastic—warm, focused, and full of that classic Yamaha clarity that makes the YAS-52 such a favorite for intermediate players stepping up or pros looking for a reliable backup.
The lacquer still shines up nicely with that rich golden glow, and there are only the usual light signs of use you'd expect on a horn that's been played and loved—no major dents, dings, or heavy wear.
