Up for your consideration is this Martin Streetmaster Special Relic’d Distressed Red Mahogany Guitar. I purchased this from a professional musician. He said he used in for a few shows but mostly sat in the case. I bought it for my son but he decided to go electric. The guitar plays beautifully and sounds great. I would keep it but already have a Martin and I know I wouldn’t use it much. I put new Martin strings on it and cleaned and oiled the fretboard. The guitar has always been stored in the case with a sound hole humidor. I believe it is from 2019 from what I can find on the Martin serial number lookup. The original soft case, booklet, truss rod allen wrench, and humidor are included. I was told by the guy I bought it from that his luthier made one small minor repair to it. He said about a year after he bought it, the repair was done to the outside of the body. He said there was a tiny crack in the side and he fixed it. He didn’t know more than that. If you run your finger over the area, you can feel the slightest imperfection in the wood. I did not even notice it until he told me. But I wanted to point it out. Overall this is in excellent condition.
Made in the USA with materials sourced around the world.
According to the Guitar Center website, this is a OCM 15ME. I cannot confirm that. On reverb, this guitar is listed as a GPC 15ME. Someone had told me it is the same guitar but had a different model number depending on where it was for sale.
Please see all the pics for the guitar. Sounds great unplugged and even better plugged in.
Will ship via ground carrier with insurance and signature confirmation only! Sorry. Shipping is not cheap. It will be packaged with great care.
