1974 Les Paul Custom. 20th Anniversary model.
Original owner; purchased new in 1975 from Music Gallery of Highwood.
Good condition, minor stage dings, light belt buckle rash, stain from the flight case is the big cosmetic flaw. This was a working guitar, and a great player with action so low it is like playing an oil slick.
It was a factory 2nd (stamped above the serial number) because of a cosmetic surface crack running behind the pots. Making it SUPER RARE! (Yeah, right)
All original electronics.
Grover tuners, metal pickup select knob, speed knobs, strap locks, metal jack plate, and new bridge only modifications. I have the original pickup covers, strap buttons, and bridge.
This is more than a collectible, it is a great player that sings.
Hate to part with it.
