Bought it from Sweetwater in Oct of '24. I'm just a guy who wants to learn how to play bass. I have heard nothing but good things about Sire so I bought one. This bass is amazing! If your looking for options, this thing is a Cadillac! Both P and J pickups sound great and can be either passive or active. The extra work they put into the neck is very noticeable. The rolled frets and smoothness is a real joy to feel. The reason I am selling is the neck is a jazz style neck and I don't like the thin neck. I have big clumsy hands and am upgrading to a P bass. It is basically brand new, I have not played it much. I don't use a pick so there are no scratches. I changed the strings to D'Addario light gauge a few months ago. I still have the original box. I have the Sire V model gig bag for it. I will leave the strap on it, it's not very old either. It's an adjustable 3in Levy's leather from Sweetwater. If you don't want the strap I will take $20 off the price. *I recently bought a new bass with a different output position so I will no longer need this cord. It's an 18' black tweed Ernie Ball double straight. I will add it also.
