Here we have an excellent First Act GarageMaster!
Very light signs of use.
Sounds great! Everything working.
However, there are finish cracks on both side of the neck pocket (see photos)
This is a must have piece for any Volkswagen fan!
The 2006 First Act Volkswagen GarageMaster is a limited-edition electric guitar, given with new VW purchases (Jetta, Rabbit, Beetle). It features a white, Brian May-inspired design with two humbuckers, a built-in overdrive circuit, and a headstock plate matching the car's VIN. It is known as a high-quality, collectible instrument compared to typical First Act models
Design & Build: Poplar solid body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, and a unique, retro, double-cutaway, white gloss finish.
Electronics: Two humbucker pickups, with a built-in, 9V-powered overdrive/preamp designed to let players plug directly into the Volkswagen's car stereo system.
Volkswagen Branding: Features the VW logo on the 12th fret inlay, truss rod cover, and tire-tread patterned control knobs.
VIN Plate: A metal plate on the back of the headstock was intended to be engraved with the VIN of the corresponding car.
Accessories: Included a custom, high-quality, embroidered gig bag and a seatbelt-material guitar strap.
Availability: These were never sold in retail stores, only as a premium with 2006/2007 vehicle purchases.
