You are looking at a very very nice Yamaha PAC-1511MS Mike Stern Signature Model Guitar. This fine guitar doe include a matching Yamaha Hard Case. Weight according to our scale is: 9 lbs 5.3 oz.
Overall condition can be described as Like New to most people, but we'd call it Super Clean. It looks like the day it was purchased. A cool story: I sold this guitar to the current owner back in the mid-2000's when I worked at a premier music shop here in South Florida.
It's probably safe to say that you will have a hard time finding another one like it out in Cyber Space.
The store had held a Mike Stern event and he signed the guitar at the event.
It has a fantastic neck, one of the best you've probably ever played! It is fast!

Body: Solid Light Ash, Single-ply binding.
Neck: Bolt-on Maple (Unfinished/Oil Finish).
Fingerboard: Maple, 22 frets, 7.25" radius.
Scale Length: 25.5".
Pickups: Seymour Duncan Hot Rail (Bridge) and '59 Humbucker (Neck).
Bridge: Tele-style Fixed Bridge with 6 individual saddles.
Controls: Master Volume, Master Tone, 3-way pickup selector.
Hardware: Chrome (Gotoh tuners).
Finish: Natural Gloss
