The Gibson L-7C Archtop Guitar, produced in 2011, features a top crafted from AAA Engleman spruce. The back and sides are made from AAA Eastern curly maple, which not only enhances the instrument's visual appeal but also contributes to its rich sound. The guitar is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard. Its vintage sunburst finish gives it a classic, timeless look.
The guitar has been given a good rating primarily because of discoloration of the white binding, which resulted from contact with the case lining. There is also some tarnish on the base plate. This cosmetic issue is the only reason for the rating; otherwise, the instrument would be considered excellent. The last three included pictures illustrate this discoloration.
In terms of performance, the guitar produces a good, rich tone, reflecting the high-quality materials and craftsmanship. I decided to sell the instrument because I stopped playing about two years ago and no longer need it. The original case is included.
