This unit is in excellent condition with rack ears for mounting. It has a barely noticeable surface scratch on top of the unit (not visible when racked). It's been sitting unused in storage for years. It has been tested and is working as new. Steller RME sonics and transparent mic pres are the hallmarks of this piece.
This interface will run the latest version of the powerful TotalMix FX mixing and routing software which is a free download. The software will also sync to iPad for remote control of the unit.
A total of 12 Analog inputs, 16 ADAT inputs, SPDIF Input, 10 Analog Outputs, 16 ADAT Outputs, SPIDIF Output plus MIDI ins and outs. Word Clock in and out on BNC is also located on the rear panel.
The interface is Firewire 800 protocol. If you have a non-Firewire computer, you will need a couple of adaptors to make it work with Thunderbolt or USB. In this case, you'll need:
1) Apple FireWire to Thunderbolt 2 (Mini DisplayPort style).
2) Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter
3) Standard FireWire 800 cable.
