Listing my Grace Design m101 mic preamp. This is a phenomenal single channel, no fuss preamp and has made everything I've run through it sound glorious. As you can see there is some residue on the bottom where I used to have adhesive feet attached and some very light scuffing across the top from being taken in and out of a rack all the time.
I'll include a screw (pictured) that allows you to mount it to a rack shelf and this will ship in its manufacturing box.
