Original SG, 60th birthday this year!!! Zero modifications, great frets, NO buckle rash, no cracked headstock or neck pocket. Rated extra fine by Gruhns in Nashville. Nothing has ever been de-soldered, replaced or messed with. Plays like a 60 year old SG should, which is effing excellent! First year of the large guard guitars .You may search but won't find a nicer one anywhere at this price point, but search away!
The north or bass side of the beautiful chrome trem cover has a couple checks and there is some tiny pitting on chrome where a sweaty hand would rest in the process of muting strings. Case has the original instructions for adjustments and case is very very clean for its grandfatherly age. Feel free to ask me questions, this is a big investment for most and you should be comfortable with it.
