Heavy duty Morley optical wah from the early 2000s. Can take a 9v battery internally or a standard center-negative 9V DC power supply.
This pedal has help up great over the years and shows no signs of wearing out, as is normal for optical style wah circuits (no strings or treadle pots to break down).
Shows its age next to a new pedal, but is in really great condition. :)
