2005 Martin DX1 for sale, made in U.S.A. Nazareth Pa. Solid spruce top, HPL Mahogany pattern back and sides, upgraded custom bone nut (increased string spacing) upgraded compensated bone saddle, upgraded bone bridge pins, brand new tuners (stock ones are in the case along with stock pins, saddle and nut) conditioned fretboard, polished frets, new strings, original padded gig bag, brand new sound hole pickup, Martin cotton strap. Great sustain with that infamous Martin full Dreadnaught sound. There is a small crack on the bottom of the waist/treble side (last 2 pics) does not affect structural integrity or sound/tone. Great sounding 20+ year old Martin. I'll throw in a brand new Tusq nut. Instrument has been kept in a smoke free and temp and humidity controlled environment.
