EXCELLENT Xotic Soul Driven Overdrive. Extremely versatile overdrive pedal. The original Xotic pedal of blues/rock fusion player Allen Hinds.
It's a fairly transparent overdrive that provides full control over the critical mids, via the mid boost control, allowing leads to punch through any mix or rhythm parts that lay perfectly into the fold. It also has a tone control that acts like a presence control and has no harsh highs. Also, doesn't cut your bass and actually has DIP switches inside that provide 3 different levels of bass boost. Between the 2 unique interactive tone controls and the additional bass boost settings, this is one of the most tonally versatile overdrives out there with no bad sounds. The gain level can go from clean boost to full distortion by increasing the gain and tone controls.
GREAT pedal, but unfortunately I need pedals with top loaded jacks only because of pedal board space issues.
Priced to sell quickly and I only have one. You won't find a cheaper Xotic Soul Driven, in excellent condition anywhere on the Internet...
