I purchased this bass brand new during the limited 2024 window, and it has been kept in a climate-controlled, smoke-free home studio environment since arriving. It is in the exact same condition as the day I unboxed it—no dings, scratches, buckle rash, or fret wear.
This is the quintessential funk machine: simple, passive, and punchy. It features the signature lightweight Soft Maple body, Hard Maple neck, and the single ceramic humbucker wired to a lone volume knob—exactly the "no-frills" setup Joe Dart is famous for. It is currently strung with the stock flatwounds and plays effortlessly.
