Brand new. Never used or plugged into any amp. Only removed from box twice...first to inspect when I purchased it and second time to take these photos.

Purchased as a backup to store in my spare parts bin in case I ever needed it...but I never did. Sold that tube amp and don't plan on buying any tube amps in the future.
