I've had this a long time. Works great, but please note the bullet items below.
- tested on Windows 10
- works PERFECTLY in REAPER over USB
- BCF into computer works PERFECTLY over MIDI
- two-way comms not working - there seems to be some kind of MIDI loop going on and REAPER gets locked up. I have multiple MIDI interfaces and several virtual ports (and all their associated programs running) so it might well be a Dave-specific "issue"
- either way, operation over USB is absolutely fine
- the clear plastic window/screen thing is missing. I've had a look inside the unit and it's not there; the previous owner might have discarded (or eaten) it
Selling because
- I don't use it. At all.
- I've got way too much gear
- My liver doctor has given me a timeline
- My wife doesn't understand all this musical stuff so she'd probably much rather have a few $$$ than a(nother) thing to get rid of
I did make a laughable video of the unit in operation. I can upload it to YT if you need to see it. It's just me pointing at a washed out image on my monitor in an attempt to show you the two-way comms in action while I push the faders. I failed, really. It's a little embarrassing. I was trying to get the BCF and the monitor in same shot but the difference in lighting and my utter lack of cinematographic skills became quite, quite evident.
Oh, and switching between fader banks (if you have > 8 tracks) is seamless and the faders react as they should.
It's kinda fun, to be honest :-)
Pricing is set to compete with Reverb on current prices @ 6 NOV 2025.
Asking $20 towards shipping because apparently things ship based on box size rather than weight and the BCF is about a foot square after all. Add in a box and some bubble wrap and that's a pretty chunky box.
Sweetwater's shipping estimator gave me these numbers from north GA

Chicago $25.96
New York city $29.42
and I'll happily pay whatever's over $20. I just want to give my wonderful wife some peace and also have this to go to a good home.
Local pickup is available in the Cleveland / Clarkesville / Helen area of north Georgia. Shipping is available to the contiguous United States only.
