This piece is the now discontinued "ESP" model mouthpiece for baritone sax. It is marked 90 but measures .101" on my gauge, so it has definitely been worked on. It had an acrylic baffle added at some point, giving it some extra punch and projection. Overall a great player for anything from jazz and blues to funk or rock.
