This is a Selmer Signet Resonite Bb clarinet, serial #1414551—part of Selmer USA’s “step-up” student line manufactured in Elkhart, Indiana.
The Signet Resonite was designed to offer players a level up from the Bundy series, with greater tonal depth, improved keywork, and a construction closer to intermediate performance models.
This model is great for doublers, jazz players, or anyone needing an clarinet that can play outdoors and indoors with minimal impact on the body.

Bore: 15.0 mm (≈ 0.591")
Barrel: Original 66.5 mm
Body: Composite (Resonite) — durable, reliable, crack-resistant
Pads: Double-bladder pads throughout (replaced as needed)
Corks: Tenon corks replaced where necessary
Keys: Nickel-plated; good condition, most plating intact
Case: Original “carry-all” Signet case — used but fully functional lays flat, fits music & accessories)
Mouthpiece & Accessories:
Selmer Goldentone 3 mouthpiece (used)
Generic ligature
