The PQ3 is a three band parametric EQ, which is notably used by guitarist Dimebag Darrell of Pantera. This equalizer feature is a pre-EQ gain boost and precise control over three frequency bands.
cut/boost: Up to a 20 decimal DB boost with the ability to completely cut a frequency band.
Sweepable frequency: allows you to select the precise center frequency for each band.
Adjustable bandwidth: controls the width of the frequency curve ranging from a narrow cut less than 1/10 of an octave to a wide boost of over four octaves.
Bass, 25 Hz to 500 Hz. Mid range, 150 Hz to 2000 Hz. Treble, 600 Hz to 10,000 Hz.
