Here's a 1965 Gibson SG Standard in Cherry finish. Gorgeious clean example comes to us from the original owner! The guitar is 100% original....No breaks, cracks, repairs. Just a phenomenal example here, as not only is it clean, but it also plays & sounds fantastic. Small guard, Lyre Vibrola, ABR-1 bridge with nylon saddles, original electronics & wiring, with two incredible sounding Pat No Sticker humbuckers. The neck pickup measures at 7.66k, and the bridge pickup 8.16k. Tonally it's full, clear, and articulate. Playability is exceptional! The neck profile feels in-between 1 9/16" and 1 11/16." It gets gradually thicker as you go down and really feels full in your hands. The neck angle is also great, with low action down the fingerboard, and clean frets. Everything just feels so solid. As fine of an example that we've come across. OHSC included.
