Recent Completion. All brand new high quality parts. I built this bass to provide an instrument that performs well above it's price range. Fairly low action for easy play. Nordstrand pickups for a full, round P Bass performance. It will ship in a brand new Fender gig bag (not shown).

Nordstrand NP4V 4 String Vintage Precision Bass® Pickup
This is a vintage correct version of Nordstrand's classic P4 design. With a lower magnet load for a softer, warmer, and smoother output, the player that commandeers these percussive portals to the past should expect a tone that is reminiscent of the 50s P vibe.
Built with Alnico V magnets, these pickups provide a slightly larger punch and pop integral for any player looking to project a more aggressive modern tone. In short, these pickups use vintage specs to acquire nostalgic old school tones.
TECHNICAL
Hum-canceling split coil 4 string precision-type bass pickups.
Alnico V magnets
black plastic covers.
Drop-in replacement P-bass pickup.
Laser cut bobbins.
Wax-potted to contain any unruly frequency that may attempt to desecrate your desired tone.
Fat Bass Tone Pre-Wired Passive Harness
These harnesses use quality 250k Noble® brand pots, multi-strand wire, Sprague® "Orange Drop" .047 capacitors, and a Switchcraft® jack (stereo or mono, depending on availability).
Harnesses are professionally wired in the Fat Bass Tone shop.
Very lightweight @ 8 pounds 4 oz.
