The Pico POG might be the size of a toy, but once you plug it in, you'll quickly realize that it's a serious piece of kit. Whether you call up a helping of Sub Octave for some subterranean rumble or dial in a bit of Octave Up for some ethereal shimmer, this pico-sized stompbox really delivers the goods. Here at Sweetwater, we get our kicks by combining the pedal's Sub Octave, Octave Up, and Dry voices to create a fat, cacophonous symphony of synth-infused sound.

It doesn't take a Ph.D. in rocket science to coax killer octave effects out of the Electro-Harmonix Pico POG. This guitar effect pedal's three dedicated volume knobs grant you individual control over your Sub Octave, Octave Up, and Dry voice levels. Moreover, its Tone knob includes three modes controlled by a Filter button. In Tone mode, the Tone knob functions as a tilt EQ for all three voices. In Lowpass mode, the knob acts as a lowpass filter for the Sub Octave and Octave Up voices; in Highpass mode, the knob acts as a highpass filter for the Sub Octave and Octave Up voices.
