Used 1982 Ibanez Studio Blazer, SB-70, walnut satin finish, player's grade with Ibanez case. Functionally good condition but has extensive wear throughout (cosmetically, fair condition). Serial number dates production to September, 1982. These guitars consisted of an Ibanez Studio body with Ibanez Blazer neck. ~1 year of production only. Walnut stain is brownish/red (i. e. furniture stain). Guitar has been played and is very well worn on the front and back of the body with wear exposing wood. Dings, scratches, dents all over the body. Neck feels smooth except for one small scratch near the 3rd fret which can be felt.
Two unbranded humbuckers, two tone controls, one volume control, and a phase switch for the middle position. Frets still look good.
Case is Ibanez branded but is not specific for this guitar. Case looks like it was for an Ibanez Roadstar or similar model. The SB-70 body is slightly too wide at the lower bout and fit is very very tight. Using this case with this guitar has compressed/worn the case lining near where the lower bout rests (final 2 images).
Non-original owner. Pro setup in July 2025 prior to listing (10-46 gauge strings).

Pickup resistance readings with the circuit (K Ohms):
Neck 7.80
Bridge 7.50
Middle: 3.85
Mini toggle switch position: no effect on readings.
