This sax is Antigua’s copy the of a Selmer MKVI. has just been serviced by YouTube instrument repair guru Art Shillito (channel: thebrassandwoodwindshop)
it plays perfectly through the entire range with great intonation and even response. Pads are in great condition with perfect seal and all keys move freely. Corks are in great shape. If you’re upgrading from a cheaper two piece body soprano you’ll appreciate the solid key response and rich overtones from the one piece body. There are some small cosmetic imperfections, including the replacement of one of the white key covers with a clear one, but nothing that affects tone or playability. This would be a great step up instrument for an advancing player. Includes Meyer mouthpiece with little use and fabric ligature.
