2021/2023 Fender Player Plus Active Jazz Bass. The finish is “Aged Candy Apple Red” which looks more like Candy Tangerine than it does Candy Apple Red. Go figure. This is a 2021 body/electronics, and 2023 neck and tuners. The original neck had a defect so it was replaced with a good neck from the same model, later year. The only flaws are some minor dings and scratches on the body. The neck is free of flaws or blemishes. There’s a ton of life left on the frets. All the hardware and electronics are original and have not been modded. The guitar plays and sounds fantastic. The neck is straight, the back of the neck is smooth, the truss rod works great and is only slightly tightened. The action is low and is set up in D standard. There are few small dings and scratches on the body. The scratches don’t seem to penetrate the clear coat. Overall, it’s a clean, great playing guitar that has been kept in a case since I purchased it in 2024.
It comes with a gig bag and will be packaged well.
