As you can see it's in excellent condition. It also plays like a dream. I'm only selling because I need the funds and I don't play mandolin very often at all. I purchased this used from Sweetwater about 2 years ago. The wear on the case came from the previous owner. One of the tuners is a little harder to turn than the rest, but it works great, and that's the only gripe I can think of to even mention as far as performance of the instrument.
I had gone to Sweetwater that day with the intention of getting a Loar, but this mandolin was so much better than all the others I played. The fretboard is a little wider than most, and the action is fantastic.
The build quality is superb, and you notice that when you look at the little things, like how great the finish is, even in those hard to reach areas. It plays great, sounds great, and looks great.
