Beautiful custom made red oak side panels for Yamaha Motif ES8 synthesizer. These are BRAND NEW, but Sweetwater Gear Exchange regs require them to be listed as "Used."
Dress up your ES8 with the rich look of natural wood, hand made by a professional woodworker to our specifications, exclusively for niksGear. These are part of our growing line of custom wood side panels for Yamaha mixers and synths. These are made to match the shape of the factory originals, including the beveled sides, and very simply just bolt right on to the synth chassis in place of the originals, using your original screws. Adds a unique warm look to the instrument.
Standard finish as shown in the pictures is Red Oak Satin, but a number of color choices and finishes are available as no cost options. (See the chart pictured.) Be sure to message us to specify which finish you would like; if no choice is made, they will be finished in Red Oak Satin.
These panels are MADE UPON ORDER as we had only a limited inventory that has now sold out. If you would like a pair, simply place an order and make payment. We will ship them directly to you as soon as they are made which should be in approximately 5-6 days from the date they are ordered. Rest assured, we will ship s soon as we possibly can because your payment will not be released to us until we provide Gear Exchange with a tracking ID upon shipment.
These panels will also fit the Motif 8 "Classic" (first generation) as the factory panels for the original 8 and the ES8 have exactly the same shape and bolt pattern. The difference between the two is that the Motif 8 "Classic" panels are flat, and the ES8 panels are beveled toward the bottom. (see pictures) These are very easily attached using the original screws from your Motif. New screws are not supplied.
