Normandy 4 Wooden Bb Clarinet – Vintage Leblanc Quality – Great Condition
Overview
This is a vintage Normandy 4 Bb clarinet, made by Leblanc and considered a step-up/intermediate level instrument during its time. These clarinets were well-crafted and offer a tone that rivals modern intermediate and even some professional models.
Leblanc later rebranded this model as the Noblet 4 before discontinuing it in the early 2000s. It shares many qualities with higher-end Leblanc clarinets, differing mostly in keywork complexity and plating—not in tone.

Condition
The clarinet is in very good vintage condition. The wood shows no signs of cracks or crack repairs, and the grain is stunning—reddish hues can be seen under light. Cosmetically, it shows typical surface scratches and small nicks consistent with age.
