Purchased mid 2000s. These are the Custom Shop version with the Alnico V magnets that sell new for $300, not the 70th Anniversary version with the Alnico III magnets that sells new for $200. I had these in one guitar for a few years and then put them back in the box when I sold my strat. They’ve been in the box ever since. Good sounding pickups but I've long since learned that I am just not a strat guy so it's time to let these go to someone who is.
