Got this as a backup in case my Beta 91 went down for some reason.
I've used it for basic studio recordings and it sounds quite nice especially for the price! Sound folks around these parts are way into Audix d6s or Beta 91s so they found any excuse to not have to use this live.
I've used it in a duo format with a keyboard player and it pumps out the thumps just fine and to no complaints. For the most part it has sat in its case waiting to be called upon.
