A good and talented friend of mine had this unit built for him back in 1992. I have some experience with it, but not a ton. It sounds a lot like a Chandler Redd .47 preamp... same characteristics. It's probably worth a lot more than what I'm asking, but for the as-is deal, it's priced to sell. The unit works well. The gain pots (or just 1) is a little noisy and could use some cleaning.
