Walrus SLÖ Reverb with box and instruction manual. It is the pedal far left in photos. Nice reverb effects, easy to usebut I just have too many of some FX types. Walrus does not incude adaptors but it takes any good neg center 9-volt.. $115, plus $10 shipping.
